佛山市顺德区粤风电机制造有限公司，位于顺徳容桂华口高新工业区，是一家集技术研发、生产制造、市场营销为一体的创新型电机制造企业，公司总投资1000多万元，其中生产设备检测仪器投入三百多万元，设计单班年产强排热水器排风电机150万台，配置多条目前国内最先进的自动化生产线，其中嵌线机、绑线机、绕线机、浸漆机、转子机加工设备、定子高速冲床和综合检测系统检测均选用国内名牌大厂产品，自动化程度和生产效率高。 

公司现有员工近100人，其中工程师和高级工程师近10人，技术研发、质量、生产管理部门的主要负责人均来自国内名牌电机制造企业和燃气热水器生产企业，有十多年电机设计制造经验，管理严谨，产品质量稳定并具有成本优势。 

公司主要车间定子嵌线和总装车间采用空气净化（温湿度可调节）的空调车间，为产品生产质量提供了良好的环境，公司对产品生产全过程进行严格控制，设计优化、选料上乘、做工精细、检验严格是企业经营管理的核心。

Foshan Shunde Yuefeng Motor Co.,Ltd, located in Huakou High-tech zone in Ronggui, Shunde District, is an innovation-oriented motor manufature combining with research and development, production, sales and service. We invest more than 2 million dollar, including about 500 thousand dollar on the detecting instruments for the production facilities. We own the ability to manufacture more than 1.5 million motors for the force-feed water heaters every year. Yuefeng has introduced the most advanced automatic production lines and famous branding machines such as line inlaying machine, tie line machine, winding machine, dipeqiuipment, rotor machine, stator high velocity ram machine, intergrated test system, which greatly improves the degree of automation and productive efficiency. 

Yuefeng has around 100 employees, including 10 engineers and senior engineers.  The team leaders of research and development, quality control and production management are all from the well-known motor and gas water heater enterprises.  They have devoted themselves in the motor design and manufaction for more than ten years that guarantee strength of management and the stablization of product quality.  These substantial experiences can help us to gain the cost advantage. 

We install the air conditions which are able to purify the air and adjust the humiture in assembly shop so that a good produce environment can be applied, and the quality of the products can be improved.  We also employ a wonderful produce system to monitor and control the production process.  The core of  operartion and management in our company is to provide the best design, be superior in material and excellent in workmanship, and promise tighten inspection.
